Minutes

The Bancroft County Public Health Board of Trustees met at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Community Services Building, Adams Junction. Chair Rao called the meeting to order.

Present: Trustees Rao, Kellerman, Benitez, Hoyt, and Mehta. Also present: Public Health Director Dr. Lena Foss and Community Health Nurse Supervisor Karen Whitfield, RN.

Motion by Kellerman, seconded by Benitez, to approve the November 20, 2025 minutes. Carried 5–0.

Director Foss reviewed the year's work, including the telehealth pilot, the community health fair, and the Board's resolution supporting rural mental health legislation ahead of the 2026 session.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:09 p.m.. Next meeting: as scheduled.
