Minutes

The Bancroft County Board of Supervisors met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Room of the courthouse. Chair Ostergaard called the meeting to order.

Present: Supervisors Ostergaard, Whitmore, and Cabrera. Also present: County Auditor Gene Prewitt, recording.

Minutes of February 3, 2026 and claims of $53,551.51 were approved, 3–0 (Whitmore/Cabrera).

County Engineer Vandenberg updated the Board on gravel resurfacing on 290th Avenue. Motion by Cabrera, seconded by Whitmore, to proceed as recommended. Carried 3–0.

The Board received a plat approval for a rural subdivision near Delphi.

Auditor Prewitt reported no floor action yet on the property tax levy cap bill this week; the bill remains in conference committee.

No public comment.

Motion by Cabrera, seconded by Whitmore, to adjourn. Motion carried 3–0. Meeting adjourned at 9:13 a.m..
