Minutes

The Bancroft County Board of Supervisors met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Room of the courthouse. Chair Ostergaard called the meeting to order.

Present: Supervisors Ostergaard, Whitmore, and Cabrera. Also present: County Auditor Gene Prewitt, recording.

Minutes of December 9, 2025 and claims of $73,397.97 were approved, 3–0 (Whitmore/Cabrera).

Motion by Cabrera, seconded by Whitmore, to set January 13, 2026 at 9:15 a.m. as the date and time for a public hearing on a proposed emergency medical services levy to fund part-time paid EMT staffing in Hartsboro. Carried 3–0. Notice to be published as required by law.

No public comment.

Motion by Cabrera, seconded by Whitmore, to adjourn. Motion carried 3–0. Meeting adjourned at 10:17 a.m..
