Minutes

The Bancroft County Board of Supervisors met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Room of the courthouse. Chair Ostergaard called the meeting to order.

Present: Supervisors Ostergaard, Whitmore, and Cabrera. Also present: County Auditor Gene Prewitt, recording.

Minutes of December 2, 2025 and claims of $73,369.69 were approved, 3–0 (Cabrera/Whitmore).

County Engineer Vandenberg updated the Board on the striping contract for county paved roads. Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to proceed as recommended. Carried 3–0.

The Board received renewal of the 28E dispatch-services agreement with the City of Adams Junction.

No public comment.

Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to adjourn. Motion carried 3–0. Meeting adjourned at 9:40 a.m..
