Minutes

The Bancroft County Board of Supervisors met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Room of the courthouse. Chair Ostergaard called the meeting to order.

Present: Supervisors Ostergaard, Whitmore, and Cabrera. Also present: County Auditor Gene Prewitt, recording.

Minutes of October 28, 2025 and claims of $43,573.73 were approved, 3–0 (Whitmore/Cabrera).

Auditor Prewitt presented the FY2027 budget calendar. He again cautioned that pending state legislation on county levy limits could affect the county's FY2028 budget and recommended department heads begin planning for slower revenue growth in future years.

Motion by Cabrera, seconded by Whitmore, to adopt the FY2027 budget calendar as presented. Carried 3–0.

No public comment.

Motion by Cabrera, seconded by Whitmore, to adjourn. Motion carried 3–0. Meeting adjourned at 9:35 a.m..
