Minutes

The Bancroft County Board of Supervisors met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Room of the courthouse. Chair Ostergaard called the meeting to order.

Present: Supervisors Ostergaard, Whitmore, and Cabrera. Also present: County Auditor Gene Prewitt, recording.

Minutes of August 26, 2025 and claims of $138,378.78 were approved, 3–0 (Cabrera/Whitmore).

County Engineer Vandenberg updated the Board on renewal of the snow-and-ice removal contract. Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to proceed as recommended. Carried 3–0.

The Board received Sheriff Ballard's monthly report.

No public comment.

Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to adjourn. Motion carried 3–0. Meeting adjourned at 10:02 a.m..
