Minutes

The Bancroft County Board of Supervisors met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Room of the courthouse. Chair Ostergaard called the meeting to order.

Present: Supervisors Ostergaard, Whitmore, and Cabrera. Also present: County Auditor Gene Prewitt, recording.

Minutes of July 1, 2025 and claims of $78,802.02 were approved, 3–0 (Cabrera/Whitmore).

County Engineer Vandenberg updated the Board on shoulder repair on the Hartsboro blacktop. Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to proceed as recommended. Carried 3–0.

The Board received a tax abatement application under the urban revitalization plan.

No public comment.

Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to adjourn. Motion carried 3–0. Meeting adjourned at 9:06 a.m..
