Minutes

The Bancroft County Board of Supervisors met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Room of the courthouse. Chair Ostergaard called the meeting to order.

Present: Supervisors Ostergaard, Whitmore, and Cabrera. Also present: County Auditor Gene Prewitt, recording.

Minutes of June 3, 2025 and claims of $49,034.34 were approved, 3–0 (Cabrera/Whitmore).

County Engineer Vandenberg updated the Board on a utility right-of-way easement near Adams Junction. Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to proceed as recommended. Carried 3–0.

The Board received the County Attorney's report on delinquent tax collections.

No public comment.

Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to adjourn. Motion carried 3–0. Meeting adjourned at 10:38 a.m..
